Tobey Dining Set

Beautiful walnut carved dining set by Tobey Furniture Company. Consists of table with carved aprons and legs, along with 5 leaves, 6 side chairs and 2 arm chairs, a server with black marble top and a bar completely lined with copper. This set is extraordinary and in fabulous condition. The Tobey Furniture Company of Chicago was founded in 1856 and became a leader in handmade furniture production by the last decade of the 19th century. The set is complete, 11 pieces in all. The table measures 72" long x 45" wide x 30" tall without the leaves; the side chairs are 44 1/2" tall x 21" wide x 18" deep; the arm chairs are 46" tall x 24" wide x 21" deep; the server is 49" wide x 22 1/2" deep x 35" tall; the copper lined bar is 47" wide x 22" deep x 58" tall.

Renaissance Revival Victorian Etagere

Huge, incredible, American Victorian rosewood Renaissance Revival etagere. This fabulous piece measures 10'2" tall x 7'3" wide x 24" deep. It is embellished with marquetry musical instruments and flowers, has belonged to the same family since it was bought in the 1870s, and is in all original condition. It is absolutely fabulous!

American Victorian Carved Settee and Chair

Beautiful very heavily carved mahogany American Victorian settee and chair, probably either Horner or Karpin. Arms have full winged griffons so well done that you can see their ribs and feathers on the wings. Feet are paws, and top is carved and reticulated. Settee measures 42" tall x 63" wide x 36" deep and chair measures 40" tall x 32" wide x 34" deep.

Full Dining Room Set w/12 Chairs

Beautiful acacia wood dining room set consisting of a banded table with 4 leaves, all with aprons, 2 arm chairs, 10 side chairs, a lovely china cabinet with pierced top, a large server and a small server. The whole set is in beautiful original condition. The knees are carved on all pieces, with other beautiful decoration. The table measures 61" when completely closed, and has four 16" leaves which brings the table to over 10 feet when completely open. There are two center legs for support. The table holds the 12 lovely chairs (which we can have reupholstered for buyer) beautifully. The large server measures 66" long x 21" deep x 36" tall. It has a double serpentine front. The smaller server measures 42" long x 19 1/2" deep x 34" tall. The china cabinet measures 79" tall x 47" wide x 17" deep. This is a beautiful 16 piece set of the highest quality and would make a wonderful addition to any dining room.

Fabulous Victorian Back Bar

One of the best back bars ever, this measures almost 12 feet tall and almost 20 feet long! It is made of cherry and walnut burl, American, circa 1880's. There are three leaded glass windows, two as cabinet doors, and one as center top, supported by marble pillars. There are no words to describe this incredible piece, and the pictures really don't do it justice, but you can get an idea. This wonderful bar needs to go into either a fabulous home, or a restaurant or hotel. It is definitely one of a kind, and of the finest quality.

Beacon Hill Sheraton Double Dresser

This beautiful double chest of drawers is re-created from and American design of the 1790s, of Philadelphia origin. It is mahogany, inlaid with satinwood and has ivory escutcheons. The top two center drawers are fitted with removable partitioned trays. It measures 65" long x 23" deep x 36" high and is in perfect original condition. Like all Beacon Furniture, this piece is signed and numbered.

Beacon Hill Sheraton High Chest

Made by the Beacon Hill Collection, this is a fabulous man's high chest called the "Marlowe". It has been re-created from American desigh of the period 1790. Mahogany, inlaid with satinwood; ivory escutcheons. Interior of cupboard fitted with sliding trays to hold shirts individually. Tie rack and adjustible mirror. Springed clips for memoranda and a gold tooled leather writing slide. Length 37 1/4", depth 20", height 53", condition perfect. As with all pieces from the famous Beacon Hill Collection, this is signed and numbered, and is in perfect condition.

Beacon Hill Hepplewhite Mahogany Breakfront

Signed and numbered Hepplewhite china cabinet or bookcase, from English design of the period 1785. Mahogany, with two gold tooled leather writing or service slides. Ten drawers. Length 50 1/2", depth 20", height 85". This beautiful cabinet is signed and numbered as all pieces of Beacon Hill furniture were, and is in absolutely perfect condition. The doors have individual pieces of glass. The Beacon Hill Collection was inspired by the early designers and craftsmen of the eighteenth century who created and made furniture of lasting beauty in keeping with the graceful living of the times. They were manufactured in the shadow of Beacon Hill at 91 Albany Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Each piece from the Beacon Hill Collection carries their mark of authenticity along with its number.

Ten Piece Victorian Bedroom Set

Beautiful walnut and burl bedroom set, all complete, and all heavily decorated with inlay and marble. This is probably the most complete Victorian bedroom set we've ever seen, and the best thing about it is that the two twin beds can be put together to make a fabulous king bed. It consists of a huge armoire that is 9' tall x 64" wide and 24 1/2" deep, and the inside is almost as beautiful as the outside. Also included are two dressers, one 7'8" tall x 65" wide x 19" deep with a full length mirror in the center, the other 7'1" tall x 50" wide x 24" deep with three small drawers over one larger drawer over a pair of doors that have three sliding drawers inside. There is also a huge washstand measuring 7'3" tall x 50 1/2" wide x 25" deep. It has one large drawer over two doors that have two sliding drawers inside. Added to that are two nightstands measuring 16 1/2" wide x 32" tall and two chairs measuring 38 1/2" tall x 17" wide x 15" deep. This is a one of a kind set, made of the finest quality woods.

Larger items such as furniture will be blanket wrapped and/or crated and shipped as soon as it can be arranged.
